Good question! For starters, the annual cost of full-time senior-level talent now exceeds $100,000, plus benefits (and good luck finding one available). Aside from that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you're stuck paying for time you aren't able to utilize.
Agencies, on the other hand, usually start at $10k/month requiring you to pay for 3 months of onboarding and strategy calls before you see any work.
With the monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to ensure you're only paying when you have work available for us.

You can add and prioritize as many requests as you want but we’ll focus on one at a time. That way, we can ensure we’re delivering quality content. With the pro plan, we can get two team members working simultaneously.

Almost all of our communication will be asynchronous through chat and Trello, our project management platform. We’ll invite you to a private board where you can add/edit/reorganize all your content requests. We keep costs low by systematizing and standardizing our operations. We do not use any other tools nor do we schedule weekly calls.

You’ll get access to shared a Google Doc. Each link will be posted in the project brief, notifying you that it’s ready for review or approval.

It depends on the nature of the request. We estimate projects based on word count and do our best to meet our target timelines.

We understand you may not have enough work to fill up entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two content requests at the moment. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy.
Billing cycles are based on 31 day period. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.

This is uncommon. However should you want changes to a deliverable, we'll continue to revise until you're 100% satisfied.
